When work constantly demands you to be on full alert, over time you might become exhausted, which can affect your nervous system first, and later cause other organs and bodily systems to weaken as well. If you are complaining of fatigue, drowsiness, and weakness but don’t have the opportunity to rest or get enough sleep, you need to pay more attention to your nutrition.

In your diet, try to include as many fruits and nuts as possible, along with honey, raisins, dried black plums, askil, and kuneli. Also, fish roe is highly recommended as it is rich in vitamin D. Citrus fruits are an excellent source of vitamins C, A, and those from the B group.

Besides nutrition, to strengthen your body and fight tiredness and sleepiness, try the following drinks: start every day with a glass of lemon, orange, or grapefruit juice (of course, only if you are not allergic to citrus fruits).

Take one tablespoon of nettle and put it into a warmed thermos. Pour one cup of boiling water over it and let it steep for several hours, shaking the thermos occasionally. After it cools, strain the mixture. Drink one-third of a cup three times a day.

For another remedy, pour two cups of water over one tablespoon of wormwood and boil it slowly for about half an hour. Let it cool and strain. Drink small amounts several times a day.

Dry and grind the roots of wild rose hips. Put two tablespoons of the powder into a warmed container, pour one cup of boiling water over it, cover tightly, and wrap it for 40 to 60 minutes. Strain and take one tablespoon 4 to 5 times a day.

In a three-liter glass jar, place washed pine cones and add one kilogram of powdered sugar. Pour one liter of vodka over the ingredients and store in a dark, warm place, shaking occasionally. After three days, pour the reddish-brown liquid into a separate container. Pour another liter of vodka over the cones and strain again after two to three days.

Mix all three extracts together. This drink is called pine balm. Pour it into dark glass bottles and store in a dark place. Take one tablespoon three times a day before meals for three weeks.

Peppermint tea mixed with lemon and honey will quickly restore your vigor and energy. The drink must be served hot. Pour half a cup of dried askil with half a liter of boiling water, cover tightly, and let it steep for 20 minutes. Drink it like tea.

By following these natural remedies and paying attention to your nutrition, you can help your body recover its energy and fight fatigue effectively. Remember, persistent exhaustion might signal deeper health issues, so always listen to your body and seek medical advice if needed.
