It Relieves Pain in No Time – Important Information!

In the past, almost every household had an aloe vera plant, and it was used frequently to treat various illnesses. For those who love traditional medicine, this plant is no stranger. Sadly, today we have become so distant from nature that we often ignore the powerful healing gifts that surround us.

I would like to share a few recipes that I personally use at home — they are simple, natural, and remarkably effective.

1. To Strengthen the Body and Fight Spring Avitaminosis

This recipe helps restore strength, energy, and overall vitality. I usually prepare it for my family from the end of March until May, and it truly keeps us feeling full of life.

Preparation:

Mix together:

  • ½ cup aloe juice
  • 1½ cups ground walnuts
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup lemon juice

Take one teaspoon or dessert spoon of this mixture morning and evening, about 30 minutes before meals. It nourishes the body, strengthens the immune system, and helps the body recover from fatigue or vitamin deficiency after winter.

2. For Bronchial Asthma

You will need:

  • ½ cup aloe juice
  • ⅔ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup honey
  • 350 ml red wine

Dry the eggshells completely and grind them into a fine powder. Mix all ingredients well, then store the mixture in a dark place for 7 days.
Take one tablespoon every morning on an empty stomach.
The recommended course of treatment is three months.

This mixture helps strengthen the lungs, reduce inflammation, and improve breathing. It also supports the immune system, helping the body resist respiratory infections.

3. To Improve Heart Function and Normalize Blood Pressure

Preparation:
Peel two medium-sized heads of garlic, chop them finely, and pour over ⅔ cup of aloe juice.
Leave the mixture in a dark place for five days, then strain.

Take one dessert spoon three times a day after meals.
This remedy helps regulate cholesterol levels, improves circulation, and supports the healthy function of the heart. It also gently balances blood pressure and helps maintain normal energy throughout the day.

4. For Heartburn

You will need:

  • 1 tablespoon aloe juice
  • Crushed roots of Kothkhudji (licorice root)
  • 1 cup water

Preparation:
Pour water over the crushed licorice root and simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes. Strain and let it sit for 10 minutes. When cooled, add the aloe juice.

Drink ½ cup of the mixture 1–2 times a day, about 20–30 minutes before meals.
The treatment course lasts two weeks.

This simple remedy soothes the stomach lining, reduces acidity, and prevents the burning sensation typical of heartburn. It also supports healthy digestion.

Doctor’s Comment

The main ingredient in these recipes is aloe vera, a plant we have discussed many times before. Its healing properties are truly vast and diverse. Since ancient times, aloe has been a central part of folk medicine traditions around the world.

Aloe possesses anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and wound-healing effects. It strengthens the immune system and supports tissue regeneration. The plant is rich in vitamins, minerals, and essential trace elements that nourish the body from within.

Today, aloe-based preparations are widely used even in modern scientific medicine, confirming the wisdom of our ancestors who relied on this amazing natural remedy.

Wishing you good health and well-being!
Remember — nature holds everything we need. Sometimes, just a spoonful of its gifts is enough to bring us back to strength and balance.
