  • 300 ml (about 1¼ cups) of low-fat or fat-free yogurt
  • 3 dried prunes
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
  • ⅓ teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1: Soak the Prunes

In the evening, take 3 dried prunes and pour 100 ml of boiling water over them. Let them soak for about 10 minutes. This helps soften the prunes and makes them easier to digest.

Step 2: Prepare the Mixture

In a separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of rolled oats, 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed, and ⅓ teaspoon of cocoa powder. Add 300 ml of low-fat or fat-free yogurt to the dry mixture and stir well to combine.

Step 3: Chop the Prunes

Once the prunes have softened, remove them from the water, let them cool slightly, and then chop them finely. Add the chopped prunes to the oat and yogurt mixture and stir until everything is evenly combined.
