Every morning, I eat this porridge. No one is completely safe from toxins. They accumulate in our bodies through the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink, cosmetics we use, medicines we take, and the various metabolic processes happening inside us.

Our bodies are naturally equipped with detoxification systems — the skin, digestive system, kidneys, and lungs are constantly working to eliminate harmful substances. However, in the 21st century, humans come into contact with an overwhelming number of different types of toxins. Our bodies are not designed to handle such a large quantity of these harmful compounds.

When toxins enter the body, a significant amount of internal resources is spent to remove them. For example, detoxification requires minerals and enzymes. These vital substances are then diverted from other essential processes to focus on toxin removal. Toxins also disrupt the body’s acid-base balance and interfere with metabolic functions.

When the body is overloaded with toxins, the digestive system doesn’t function properly, the acid-base balance is disturbed, and the detox pathways become blocked. This can lead to a variety of symptoms such as excess weight, allergies, headaches, skin issues, digestive problems, brain fog, inflammation, swelling, low energy, and reduced enthusiasm.

To maintain your health and cleanse your body of harmful toxins, it’s important to prepare and eat a healthy breakfast daily. With regular consumption of the right foods, your intestines will be cleaned out, and your skin will become healthier and more radiant.

Today, I want to share a fantastic recipe that is very simple and budget-friendly to prepare at home. It makes for a nutritious and detoxifying breakfast that will support your body’s natural cleansing processes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 300 ml of fat-free yogurt
  • 3 black prunes
  • 1/3 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds

Preparation Instructions:

It is best to prepare this breakfast the night before. Pour 100 ml of boiled water over the black prunes and let them soak for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and flax seeds. Add the fat-free yogurt to this mixture. Then, remove the prunes from the water, let them cool, chop them finely, and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Transfer everything into a covered container and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, take the porridge out of the fridge, and your breakfast is ready to enjoy. After a week of eating this porridge regularly, you will start noticing positive changes in your health.

This vitamin-packed breakfast will support your body’s detoxification and help you feel more energetic and refreshed throughout the day. Preparing it the evening before makes your morning routine easier and healthier.

By making this simple porridge a daily habit, you’ll help your body naturally cleanse itself from toxins, improve your digestion, and enhance your overall well-being. Try it out and feel the difference!
