A stroke occurs due to a disruption of blood flow in the brain. I personally experienced this illness because of high blood pressure, and it struck me completely unexpectedly. First, my face became numb and paralyzed, then my arms and legs followed. I felt an intense headache, dizziness overwhelmed me, and I lost the ability to speak.

I could not accept the idea of becoming disabled, so I started fighting to recover. Of course, I took the medications prescribed by doctors and followed all their recommendations. However, I also sought out remedies in traditional medicine myself.

The results were truly remarkable, as all impaired functions rapidly began to restore, and today I feel even better than I did before the stroke.

Here are some remedies that helped me:

Dissolve 10 grams of mumiyo (a natural mineral resin) in 1.5 liters of boiled water cooled to room temperature. Pour this solution into a plastic bottle and keep it refrigerated. Mumiyo helps repair damaged areas of the brain and reduce scarring. You should take this remedy for 21 days, twice daily — one tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 to 40 minutes before eating, and once again in the evening at least three hours before bedtime. After completing the 21-day course, take a break for 5 to 7 days, then resume the treatment for another 21 days.

This regimen should be continued for at least six months. The healing effect of mumiyo is enhanced when combined with aloe vera juice. Additionally, the juices of kalanchoe and motherwort plants are effective in quickly dissolving brain hemorrhages and scars. Kalanchoe juice should be taken once daily at a dose of one teaspoon, while motherwort juice should be taken once daily at two teaspoons.

Another excellent remedy is a dandelion infusion. During the breaks between the 21-day mumiyo courses, I drank dandelion infusion for one week. In the post-stroke period, regular massages of the muscles in the back, arms, and legs are extremely important. Each session should last about 10 minutes and be performed several times a day. I wish everyone a speedy recovery.

Doctor’s Commentary:

Stroke is indeed a very serious condition. Among its most dangerous causes are hypertension (high blood pressure), atherosclerosis, vegetative-vascular dystonia (which disrupts the tone of brain blood vessels), smoking (which doubles the risk of stroke), obesity, heart diseases (especially atrial fibrillation), and blood disorders.

The outcome of a stroke is necrosis of brain tissue, which develops around the damaged blood vessels. This damage is followed by scarring and hardening of the affected area. Clinically, stroke manifests through muscle weakness or paralysis in the limbs, balance disorders, memory impairment, and sleep disturbances.
