Natural Remedy for Heart Failure
If you’re suffering from heart failure, consider incorporating honey into your daily diet—specifically, 100 to 120 grams per day. However, it’s important not to consume it all at once. Divide the total amount into small portions and take it gradually throughout the day, using a teaspoon or tablespoon at a time.

The course of treatment lasts for 20 days. During this period, it is recommended to follow a light and nutritious diet focused on foods like cottage cheese, milk, fruits, and vegetables. This regimen not only supports heart function but also contributes to overall bodily balance and well-being.
Honey, the key ingredient in this treatment, is well-known for its wide range of health benefits. It possesses antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties, which help to improve circulation, strengthen the heart muscle, and reduce stress on the cardiovascular system. Even beyond heart failure, this type of therapy may be beneficial for those suffering from various chronic illnesses due to honey’s restorative effects.

Effective Kidney Cleanse with Carrot and Raisin Infusion
You can naturally eliminate kidney stones, sand, and protein in the urine with the help of carrots and raisins. This recipe has been tested many times on my relatives and close friends—with highly effective results. It’s considered to be a near-guaranteed remedy when prepared and consumed correctly.

Here’s how to make it:
- Wash and peel 500 grams of carrots, then cut them into small cubes.
 - Add 500 grams of thoroughly washed raisins.
 - Place the mixture into an enamel-coated pot.
 - Add 1 liter of water. Bring it close to a boil, but do not let it boil. Once it’s hot, remove it from the heat.
 - Cover the pot with a lid and wrap it tightly with foil.
 - Place the pot in the oven at a very low temperature (around 30°C / 86°F) for 8 hours.
 - Remove it from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
 - Strain the liquid into a separate container.
 - Squeeze the carrots and raisins using a four-layer cheesecloth to extract any remaining juice. Mix this juice with the strained liquid.

What you will get is a dark brown herbal infusion. Store it in the refrigerator.

Dosage: Take 100 grams of this remedy three times a day, 30 minutes before meals. The treatment period lasts between 7 and 14 days—continue until the kidney stones have fully dissolved. The stones will gradually break down into sand and will be expelled from the body painlessly and unnoticed. One of my relatives had a 10mm stone that completely disappeared without any symptoms.
Before and after completing the course, you should have an ultrasound scan to clearly observe the treatment’s effectiveness.
Note: You need to prepare a new batch of the infusion every three days to maintain the full effectiveness of the treatment.

Doctor’s Commentary:
The first remedy relies solely on honey—a natural product whose health benefits are well-established. This type of treatment is not only beneficial for managing heart failure, but it may also support healing in other chronic conditions by improving immune function, providing natural energy, and supporting metabolic processes.
The second remedy combines carrots and raisins, both of which are known in traditional medicine for their healing properties. Carrots, especially their juice, decoction, and even seeds, are frequently used in folk remedies for kidney-related issues. Raisins are rich in antioxidants and bioactive compounds. Their decoction has anti-inflammatory and tissue-regenerating effects, making them a great complement to carrots in this kidney-cleansing formula.
